There’s an Amara La Negra mural in Jersey City! Uncompromised was created by the Newark-based brother duo Rorschach (@rorschachbrand) under their Underrepresented Power Series, which focuses on powerful women of color. Amara La Negra is an artist and entertainer of Afro-Dominican descent and is sporting her signature hairstyle – a beautiful coily crown. This cosmic mural was painted on the side of Chen Depot in Jersey City’s Croxton neighborhood.
